With 22 years of customer service under my belt, I’ve been managing Hair Drezzers On Fire since 2008. Because of my background in fashion retail, and a stint in cosmetology school, working at a salon seemed only natural. In my time managing HDF, I’ve built amazing relationships with our clientele, and even had the opportunity to attend the “Business and Fierce Conversations School” at the Bumble and Bumble University in New York City. My main goal is to make every client feel comfortable, taken care of, and happy. I love meeting each and every client and making their experience a HDF the best it can be

With over a decade of hands-on experience, she has built her career on exceptional client care, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous growth. Through six years with Cosmoprof, Dee has worked closely with leading professional beauty brands, gaining advanced education and behind-the-scenes access to the latest innovations, trends, and techniques shaping the beauty industry.

Now back in her hometown of San Diego, Dee proudly serves guests at Hairdressers on Fire Salon, where she creates personalized, elevated experiences designed to leave every guest feeling confident, refreshed, and empowered.
